Dental Autoclave Terms and Conditions

At Next Level Solutions LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This Returns & Warranty Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and warranties are handled for purchases made through dental-autoclave.com or our eBay store.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
     
  • Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging. Used or damaged items may not qualify for a full refund.
     
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at 📧 chris.nlsinc@gmail.com or through your eBay order history if purchased via eBay.
     
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
     

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-ordered parts.

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
     

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Warranty Coverage

Parts & Accessories

  • Most new replacement parts include a 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects.
     
  • Warranties do not cover normal wear-and-tear, improper installation, or misuse.
     

Refurbished Equipment

  • Refurbished autoclaves and equipment may include a limited warranty (typically 6 months unless otherwise noted in the product listing).
     
  • Warranty covers parts and labor for defects related to our refurbishment process.
     
  • Warranty does not cover issues caused by operator error, poor maintenance, or damage after delivery.
     

Services & Repairs

  • Our repair services are covered by a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days due to our repair, we will correct it at no additional cost.
     

Exclusions

Warranties do not apply to:

  • Consumable items (gaskets, filters, bulbs, etc.).
     
  • Damage due to power surges, flooding, fire, or other external causes.
     
  • Equipment altered or repaired by unauthorized technicians.
     

How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice, order number, or eBay receipt).
     
  • Product details (model/serial number).
     
  • A description of the issue.
