If unrepairable it will be replaced with a new remanufactured circuit board.
With our exclusive proprietary cleaning solutions and methods Next Level Solutions ensures all machines leave looking like new. The quality parts always replaced are the Gasket, Heater Element and Heater Seals, Thermostats, Heater Wire Harness, Fill/Vent Solenoid Block, Air Valve and safety valve. These are your major components of the machine. In essence it is "new".
Before any Autoclave leaves our facilty it undergoes strenous testing. We run the machine with a printer attached for a full day running back to back cycles.
